Returns & Exchanges

If you find your White Box Jewellery purchase is not suitable we will issue you either a store credit or exchange, if items are returned in a saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use) within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Our White Box Jewellery packaging must also be returned with these items. 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any of our earrings. 

Please note that White Box Jewellery does not offer any refunds for change of mind and shipping costs are at the customers expense. 

Exchange Process

1. Email hello@whiteboxjewellery.com.au to let us know you would like to exchange your item(s) or for any exchange enquiries.

- Please provide your order number, the items you are exchanging and tracking number.

2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us). Returns must be sent back in original condition (unworn) including all tags and our White Box Jewellery packaging. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.

3. White Box Jewellery will process all returned item(s) within 5 business days.

4. All exchanges will be processed for store credit which can be then used to select another piece for our White Box Jewellery collections. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of the store credit. 

5. Once confirmation email is received you will now be able to place a new order on our website using the store credit. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns.
