Shipping & Delivery

All White Box Jewellery orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise notified) using either standard or express post within Australia and express post worldwide. 

All White Box Jewellery products come packaged in our custom designed white jewellery boxes.

Australian Domestic Shipping

For all Australian orders, we ship with Australia Post.

1. Standard flat rate shipping is $5 AUD for all orders (calculated during the checkout process). Standard shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery after being processed, items packed and shipped. For shipping to remote and regional areas please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

2. Express flat rate shipping is $10 AUD for all orders. Express shipping usually takes around 1 to 2 business days for delivery after being processed, items packed and shipped.

International Shipping

For all International orders, we ship with DHL express shipping.

1. Express flat rate shipping is $60 AUD for all orders in the Middle East and Asia. Express international shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days. International tracking with be provided through DHL.

2. Express flat rate shipping is $40 AUD for order throughout the Rest of the World. Express international shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days. International tracking with be provided through DHL.
